Coaching is a goal- and solution-oriented process support, which supports you with regard to job-related questions and relevant personal topics attached to it, as well as in acute situations. It serves to accompany you in the development of solutions for mastering demanding tasks and decisions, taking into account your personal resources.
At the beginning of a coaching session there is always the formulation of your concrete goals and the reflection of the current situation (actual – target – analysis). Your goals and the resources available as well as past experiences are recorded in detail.
Coaching is primarily aimed at individuals such as managers, project managers, self-employed and entrepreneurs and people who would like to expand their professional and social skills.

leadership development

Today more than ever, managers are experiencing the balancing act between mastering the complexity of their daily work on one hand and good leadership on the other hand – while their duties and scope of work is permanently increasing.
With this consulting format, I offer managers a protected framework to reflect on these topics for themselves and, if necessary, to re-sort them.

personality development
Personality development means becoming stronger and more robust – i.e. more resilient – as a human being. Resilience is the inner strength of a person to master conflicts and failures.
Resilient people can deal with difficult situations with creativity and flexibility . Pressure and stress are met with a strong mindset.
A good mental resilience can be trained; together we analyse e.g. personal mould, inner attitudes, relationships and your current conflict patterns. I will look, together with you, for ways to experience relief, suggest options for action and accompany you on your individual path of development.
One method that I frequently use in my coaching sessions is the IFS (Internal Family System) method according to Prof. Richard Schwartz, an approach that transfers the concept of systemic therapy to the “inner world” of the individual.
The IFS model assumes that everyone has personality traits and that these traits interact with each other in a similar way family members do.
The approach of “personality shares” has a long tradition: Sigmund Freud distinguished and named the terms “it, I and super-ego”. Virginia Satir developed the idea of the
interaction of different parts of a person, which inspired her to work therapeutically with the “parts party”. Gunther Schmidt from Heidelberg developed the hypnotherapeutic work with the “inner client”, in which there are different voices with different ideas, wishes, opinions and demands that block each other in difficult situations or even render each other incapable of action.
Richard Schwartz assumes in his approach assumes that the development of our personal parts are of different origins: There are parts that are the result of traumatic experiences and other parts that we later develop at different phases in our lives. The latter ensure that we do not have to feel the parts that have arisen from traumatic experiences – they support us in meeting our daily requirements.
During the process of a personality development, it is about getting to know, perceive and appreciate all these parts through our feelings, thoughts and body awareness and through this contact to become capable of acting again.
IFS assumes that we have an “inviolable inner core – our self”, which supports us in this work and at the same time is the centre of our being.
Our self enables us to rediscover and strengthen the trust in our own strengths and thus our self guidance. In the Buddhist traditions this spiritual quality shows itself in compassion, clarity, peace and confidence.
IFS is a hypnotherapeutic-systemic method that enables clients to come into contact with themselves and their inner life. In focusing on the inner dialogue with the inner parts releases images, feelings and new, surprising views in many people. Through the conscious connection with the innerself, personality parts can be relieved and calmed – a deep inner healing can develop and thus lasting changes, which are reflected in our everyday life and in our relationships.

Team coaching is a consulting format with the goal of ensuring and improving the quality and cooperation in your professional activity.
It serves the development and improvement of your satisfaction with your job, improves work processes and collaboration and thus serves your mental health.
You determine the focal points and goals of the event, I deliver the design and implementation. Together, we will consider the anchoring and implementation in your organizational set-up so that you and your employees can derive the greatest possible benefit from the meeting.
In workshop formats we
